Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with transfer to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy your first evening at leisure.

Day 2 Pyramids & Saqqara Tour

After breakfast, begin your guided exploration at the Giza Plateau. Stand before the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the mighty Sphinx and Valley Temple. After lunch, continue to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the earliest pyramid ever built. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3 Cairo Sightseeing Tour

Start at the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of priceless artifacts. After lunch, explore Coptic Cairo with its iconic Hanging Church, then if time allows, stroll through the vibrant Khan El Khalili bazaar. Return to your hotel overnight.

Day 4 Fly Cairo to Luxor – East Bank Tour

Fly to Luxor and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple complex and Luxor Temple on the East Bank. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 5 Luxor West Bank

Begin the day at the Valley of the Kings, final resting place of ancient pharaohs. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an architectural masterpiece, and stop at the Colossi of Memnon before returning to your hotel. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6 Edfu & Kom Ombo – Transfer to Aswan

After breakfast, check out and head to Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus, Egypt’s best-preserved cult temple. Continue to Kom Ombo to explore its unique dual temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus. Arrive in Aswan for overnight stay.

Day 7 Aswan Highlights

Explore Aswan’s top attractions including the impressive High Dam, the ancient Unfinished Obelisk, and the enchanting Philae Temple dedicated to Isis. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 8 Optional Abu Simbel – Fly to Cairo

Optional morning excursion to the spectacular temples of Abu Simbel, carved into rock by Ramses II and dedicated to himself and Queen Nefertari. Later, fly back to Cairo for overnight.

Day 9 Free Day in Cairo or Alexandria Day Trip

Spend the day at leisure in Cairo, or join an optional guided tour to Alexandria. Highlights include the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Pompey’s Pillar, the Citadel of Qaitbay (from outside), and a traditional seafood lunch before returning to Cairo.

Day 10 Cairo – Departure

  • Your comfortable and exciting exploration journey begins now with a 25% initial payment.
  • For Festive seasons, Christmas, New Year, and Easter bookings, a 50% down payment is required.
  • The remaining balance is due either before you arrive or in cash upon arrival.
  • Note that some accommodation facilities may require different payment/cancellation arrangements.

  • If you're paying via credit card, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card per our terms and conditions.
  • Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method.
  • Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable.
  • All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

  • Room Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy, while Single rooms incur an additional charge.
  • Hotels are selected for their quality and comfort.

Flights

  • Domestic Flights: Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are averages & are subject to change.
  • International Flights: We offer competitive rates from the comfort of your own home (country) to your destination (Egypt).

Responsibility

Our liability does not extend to issues beyond our influence, such as weather, wars, or abrupt changes by hotels or airlines.

Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

But no worries, the cost might slightly change, but the experience is as glorious as ever.

Help & Complaints

During your tour, if you encounter any issues, please inform us right away so we can resolve them quickly. If the matter isn't settled, contact our Customer Care Manager while you're still on the tour. Should you remain unsatisfied after returning home, please send a written complaint to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

That’s sad to hear, but the following charges will apply:

  • From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

Our cancellation policy is flexible and ensures your peace of mind and trust most of all. If the government or airlines issue a NOT TO TRAVEL warning for your destination. In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.

Children's Policy (Sharing Parents' Room)

  • Children under 2 years old: No charge is added.
  • Children under 6 years old: 25% of the adult total package cost is charged.
  • Children under 12 years old: 50% of the adult total package cost is charged.
  • Children 12 years old and above: Considered adults.
  • Note: For flight bookings, an additional supplement may apply.
