- Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations.
