During your cruise, if you encounter any issues, please inform us right away so we can resolve them quickly. If the matter isn't settled, contact our Customer Care Manager while you're still on the tour.   • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

Our cancellation policy is flexible and ensures your peace of mind and trust most of all. If the government or airlines issue a NOT TO TRAVEL warning for your destination. In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.
